About the filmmakers

KIE films is a Coral Gables based company who make feature narrative films and documentaries. Their newest feature is the official docu-mentary about Celia Cruz, 10 years in the making; Celia The Queen. Celia handpicked the filmmakers at kie to tell her story. It is the only doc approved by her estate, family and management.

Aside from the features here, their work has appeared at major film fests and PBS over the years. They are intimate friends of ñ.
